Sanyosa it's not 10 times - it is when you have completed the path with each player - it opens up in the far right hand corner of the hero trials section, just above the final claim button.

hmm - interesting - mine was certainly later than ten completions

Mine was exactly after claiming 10 Hero points 10th time

And had you already completed with all 6 players? Because I hadn’t … I messed a few up early on, so had to wait until they appeared again 🫣
