Hello EA FC Mobile Team,
I am facing a serious and ongoing problem in both FC Mobile 25 and FC Mobile 26.
issue Details
When I’m in the lobby or menu, the ping stays stable at 50–60 ms.
- High Ping During Matches:
During gameplay, the ping suddenly jumps to 150 ms, 200 ms, or 230 ms.
This causes lag and stuttering, and makes it very hard to play.
This happens in every match, no matter the mode, opponent, or device.
Sometimes I get a “Connection Lost” message, and the game freezes for a few seconds before continuing.
When the ping spikes, the screen flickers and the brightness drops, making the game visually unstable.
Impact on Gameplay:
Because of these problems, I can’t play smoothly or competitively, even though my internet connection is stable.
Troubleshooting Tried:
Restarted the app
Reinstalled the app
Switched between Wi-Fi and mobile data
Logged in from another device
Observation:
The problem happens in both FC Mobile 25 and 26. This shows that it is likely a server or game optimization issue, not a problem with my network.
Request:
Please check and fix this issue as soon as possible.
The ping spikes, connection drops, and visual glitches are seriously affecting the gameplay experience.
