All you have said is very similar to many of us playing this game.
I called out this situation but was banned and my post was shadowed because I went full rage.
The issue of horrible touches is the most obvious issue in the game that pisses many players off. First of all, we are still dealing with defenders marking their own players maybe they had a bet on "who makes the most tackles". So many cases, very similar ones, people on this forum have complained over and over but it seems the community moderators just only care about posting "we need your feedbacks" then ghost for 5 years. One of the problems we have is this particular forum not serving it purpose of getting our complaints to the developers and the developers don't care to check the forum on underlying issues that requires quick fixing.
Still on bad touches; skill moves are now so loose when it is supposed to be tight, and so tight when it is supposed to be loose.
For instance, LANE CHANGE skill move, this move is now very hard and not interesting to use anymore because when you use it, it is like 7 times more gravity is added to the player. It will always move in the wrong direction. Lane change only becomes successful if you are not being marked. This wasn't how the game was before.
LB and RB with workrates (DEFENDING: HIGH, ATTACKING: MEDIUM) often leave there position and refuse to return back until my opponent passes his position. To complain here is really draining.

The community moderators wherever they are. If you are seeing this, send to the developers of the game. It is not when it is time to ban players for expressing themselves that you will be quick to take action.
There is a difference between constructive feedback and ranting/venting, so yeah, there is nothing wrong with expressing your opinion, just be factual and civil about it.
Anyway, some of what has been discussed here on the gameplay was channelled through to the EA devs. However, how that might be used is still at EA's discretion (that's if they opt to use plenty of valid observations). The overall gameplay has regressed IMO, which is why I mostly autoplay it (except for UWC game 3, autoplay gets your fancy lineup at least a 0-5 loss).
