Why ARE YOU ASKING ME FOR MY FIRST AND LAST NAME TO CREATE A SUPPORT TICKET FOR WEEKLY REWARDS I DID NOT RECEIVE BECAUSE YOUR GAME IS BROKEN!!!!!
My considered opinion would be so that they can identify who they are dealing with and weed out bots, spammers and people who are just there to cause trouble.
