How can I pack an untradable player from a tradable pack?

Dear EA, how can I pack an untradable player from a tradable pack?
So, I completed the TOTY daily challenge today and I received 108 Ratiu who is for some reason untradable. I instantly went to the market to check whether it's just a bug that I'm seeing and no he's really untradable. Plus there is a tradable version available in the market. This just doesn't make any sense. I even waited for sometime to see whether it's just a bug but no, I really got an untradable player from a tradable pack.
Contacted your customer support and all they could say is he must have been in one of my lineups or EA might not have the license for the player/league. This player plays for la Liga side Rayo vallecano and no he isn't there in any of my lineups
So what now? Should I just pretend that this never happened or should I just console myself that I'm just unlucky? Shelling out an untradable player from a tradable pack is a crime. Can you atleast check into it and provide me a fix? Or am I missing something? I didn't play this game for 2 weeks. I checked the community pages to see whether you've changed it to untradable rewards but no I'm the only one with this issue.&nbsp;

So this is in response to my previous post. I packed an untradable player from the 100-113 tradable pack after completing the TOTY daily challenge. So I raised this issue both here and to the in game support. And the response from the in game support just how much they don't care. A mistake from their part and they can't do anything to fix it? Like how can you give me something which is not supposed to there in the pack? Is there any point in raising am issue if you can't do the bare minimum and get a fix. I didn't play for a couple of weeks and the first day I play I get this. Just goes on to show how incompetent these guys are. EA_Pulsar mentioned that he had raised the issue but what is the whole point if I never receive a fix for it? And seriously I should understand that you guys can't do anything about it?&nbsp;
