i cant redeem code - "SEACREATOR"

i have NEVER used the code before, it is not expired the codes "SEACREATOR" is not expired i checked.However, whenever i try to redeem it, it says this code is invalid or expired.I logged in into the...

    This code is like 3 days old. Most of these redeem codes were valid for 24 hours (historically).

SEACREATOR ; this code and some previous codes have not been working for me. i go to the website put the code and do the captcha and then it says "The code is invalid or has expired.
Please enter a valid code and try again." i havent gotten any rewards or the account mismatch happened. can anyone please help??
