I lost my account when i create a new one and i another create new one

Hello EA Support,

I lost access to my FC Mobile account after accidentally creating a new one. I can no longer access my original account, and I do not have the User ID.

Here is everything I remember:

- Nickname: Shadow
- Coins: Around 98 million
- Team OVR: 111
- Linked to: Google Play
- Last login: 3–4 days ago
- Device: Android (Samsung)
- Possibly joined a league (can’t remember name)
- Started playing a few months ago (don’t remember exact date)

Please help me recover my account. I spent a lot of time and effort on it.

    Was your 'Shadow' FCM account backed up before this happened? If it was, follow these steps:

    If your mobile game is linked to a Facebook, Game Center, or Google Play account, your game progress should be backed up and saved to that account. Try these steps to see if it brings your content back.

     

    1. Check for app updates and install any that are available.
    2. Restart your device.
    3. Log out and log back in to your game.
    4. Try logging in to your account on another device if you have one.
    5. Uninstall and reinstall your game. Only do this if you’ve backed your game up to a linked account, or you could lose all your game data permanently.
      • If you aren’t sure if you’ve linked to an account, skip this step.
    6. If you linked your game to Google Play or GameCenter, go into your device’s settings and remove your account, then launch the game and log in again manually.
