Increase the rewards—coins, rank points, and gems.

I find it absurd to have to grind or play just to chase 30–50 gems or spend my money. Coins are scarce; a 117–118 rated player—who is already out of meta—costs 4–5 billion on the market, yet you offer rewards of only 50–100 thousand coins? Are you serious about these rewards? Everything in this game has become pay-to-play; you log in, play for 10 minutes, and your next thought is, "Should I take out my credit card?" Is that really the game's only driving force now? Shouldn't player rewards be increased? We don't get the best players through luck as it is, so why aren't we getting more rewards? People don't even budge for 50, 100, or 200 gems anymore—don't you realize that? The player base will die out if you keep this up. Is a daily reward of 300 gems, 30 rank points, and 100 shards really fair in your eyes? "Rise of Roja" should have stayed; it gave 13,000 gems—which is only enough for 2–3 drafts, a drop in the ocean, but it was a great morale booster. Please increase the rewards, because what’s currently offered is very little and demotivating; everyone everywhere is saying this—I’ve just gathered the points here. EA team and moderators, please pass this on respectfully. Rewards give free-to-play players the motivation to believe they can acquire good cards and progress; without free-to-play players, those who spend money wouldn't have anyone to play against. You need to address the balance between playtime and fair rewards.

  • Agree 💯. The game is thankless at the moment. If you’re not independently wealthy there’s just no way to remain competitive. On the one hand, the whales can spend $160 to buy a meta “box” card while the rest of us grind for months to sign a single meta player. The average reward (be it gems or coins) has pretty much remained stagnant, while the cost to convert rewards into top cards has gotten higher and higher. The “shard” cost for top signings is astronomically higher compared to the old shard system and the transfer market is just plain broken (10-15 billion — who are we kidding?!?).

This game just shamelessly exploits the player; it gives nothing back—it only drains you thats my opponion. I feel like I should just abandon this base; they never even reply, and they won't listen to the need to increase rewards. It’s like they’re just keeping it going as long as they can, and that’s it...

  • Completely agree..  a top ovr player used to be 1500.  Now rewards haven't increased but the cost is like 20-25k for even top ovr minus 1.  So basically we slog more for lesser reward.

Coins have little value as you get nothing usable for even 1-2bn.  I used to buy decent cards when ovrs were in 95-102 range.

It's all gems and FC points as of now and even there what we get for 3k gems is 150 shards most of the time which is about 150-200 times lower to the cost of a top ovr player. The 70 counter on drafts is a joke as most of the time we get the junkiest player in pool A on that lot.

Extra time tokens had some value and we used to get something decent at times, but first they diluted the value of the junk cards we want to exchange and from last event onwards the rewards offered are so poor that I can't even be bothered exchanging them.  25k for 50 rup points, lol 😂 I can't even rank up a player once after spending so many cards. Joke is on EA.

And finally look at the event rewards, most of the time we get last events max ovr minus 1 as the final reward of the current event (so like you need to wait for 4 weeks to collect a card which is of little use if you want to be competitive).

EA has little appetite to engage on such topics directly and most of the times offer peanuts to P2P when bugs are found. Ex:   the live ovr players at cheaper rates issue, no answer yet and the event is over.

They just want feedback on events but never reply to real issues like above. i mean what's the point when your entire system is skewed.

It doesn't matter how much we talk or write about it—they just don't listen. Look, they're offering 20 gems per match in the event? Have they lost their minds? Are they serious about this? Meanwhile, we're supposed to spend 3–4k on a draft entry... They're making the game pointless themselves. It’s all about money; you can barely win or move up the ranks unless you spend on the game.
