ISSUE in Skill master chapter

Hi, In aqua vs Inferno skill master chapter I got 3 star in every skil games but still I can not claim the "4 of a kind"  and "5 of a kind"  bonus gift. Please solve it.

    EA_Pulsar So its based on luck of the draw? If the game gives us 3 of a kind thats bad luck and 5 of a kind is extreme luck? Can we get the odds of getting 5 of a kind?

    I have claimed three of a kind and four of a kind? So more than one reward? I can't claim five of a kind even though I've just achieved it. Bit stupid that you can't claim all three
