I've been having a problem since the "CHAMPIONS" event started.

I haven't been able to play any "VS ATTACK" or "HEAD TO HEAD" matches due to a "matchmaking error." This has hindered my progress in the game, as many rewards are earned specifically by playing Division Rivals. If anyone else has experienced this or managed to resolve it—or if you could help bring this to the attention of EA's social media accounts—I would be grateful.
