Latin player pings are breaking the game

Sick and tired of losing to Latin players who have a ping of 300+. Region lock them down or implement a packet loss system that auto boots them from the match if they can’t ping under a certain threshold for more than 30 seconds. Hard to have fun when my players are taking 3 seconds to pass the ball on their crappy internet.
