It's something I'm entitled to, but I've been waiting for over a week. They could have handled it much faster.

I totally understand you've been waiting a while and want an update, but as I mentioned earlier, there are no updates to share right now. Staff on the EA Forums, like myself, don't control how quickly reviews move. We can't investigate these things or grant content ourselves, but we've made sure your info is with the team that can. Please, be patient while they look into things.
Please also know, I won't be around for the next while after today, but my teammate EA_Pulsar is up to speed on things. As soon as we have more information, EA_Pulsar will let you know.

I don't need to know the progress; I just want to know if they intend to deal with this, or if they don't intend to deal with it at all, so I can decide whether to continue to hold onto hope.
