League Applications

Speaking as an league admin..

The current dynamic of managing applications is incredibly frustrating. There is like 100+ applications at all times and 99% of them you can't accept because they (users) have already joined another league.

Is it possible that instead of that,either make it they can apply to ONLY one league at a time so that stacking doesn't happen OR make it so when they join a league,any applications they previously had with other leagues disappear.
