I stuck in legendary 1 cuz game give me 126 ovr when my squad is 124 ovr. What my ter stegen supposed to do against 122 players? Its imbalanced trash. Basically tactics dont do anything. Its just P2W.

You are absolutely correct. MM is a failed experiment on EA’s part. and no amount of tinkering with tactics is likely to affect your outcomes. Best not to waste your energy worrying about it. Most long-time players just leave the simulations running and find something else to do and just accept whatever unsatisfying outcomes you get.
