When will EA fix broken game?
Loads of community members have commented in recent weeks about the ways in which gameplay is fundamentally broken at the moment. The threads are numerous and specific and yet we’ve received no assurances from EA that fixes are coming. The company continues to roll out new events and cards (which clearly require company time and resources) at the same time that the fundamentals of gameplay remain in disrepair. This splitscreen is jarring, and it begs the question:
What are EA’s priorities?
It sure doesn’t appear they are the same as the community’s priorities.
We want gameplay that is compelling — that is both fun and fair. Currently, it is neither and EA has given no indication that it is taking steps to address this. Instead, it continues to churn out new content as if it can simply distract us from how badly gameplay STINKS right now. This needs to stop.
STOP shoving new content down our throats at the expense of fixes to basic playability. TALK to us about when/if fixes are in the works and STOP pandering to us with the same tired “we’re listening” rhetoric if you’re not going to back it up with action.
We love football and we spend too much time/money on this game to be treated this way. We deserve and demand better.
