Many to Fix

Dear EA Team,

I would like to submit feedback regarding several serious issues that have become increasingly noticeable and frustrating for many players.

There are too many problems that EA needs to address, and these issues are widely discussed among the player community. You can clearly see similar complaints from other players as well.

First, the server issues are extremely bad. Players frequently experience “999+” ping when logging in and during matchmaking. Why is this still happening? This severely affects the overall gameplay experience and makes the game almost unplayable at times.

Second, in Head-to-Head (H2H) mode, there are major gameplay problems such as input delay, heavy movement, and very slow turning. These issues make matches feel unfair and unresponsive. Why does this continue to happen even with stable internet connections?

Third, in VSA mode, connection delays are also a serious concern. When the match time has already ended, opponents are sometimes still able to attack. There is also a delay of nearly 5 seconds, which directly affects match results. Why is this allowed to happen?

These problems have been ongoing for a long time, and they are becoming more obvious with each update. We ask EA to take responsibility and take real action to fix these issues, especially server stability and gameplay responsiveness.

Please do something about this and be accountable for the current state of the game. Players deserve a fair and smooth gaming experience.
