Missing items from Carnival box

There are 8 possible rewards in that box, one of which is coins … to get each of the 8 rewards you would need to have spent 8000 points 

So you are telling me that I've spend 1000 points at couple thousand of coins ?

Now technical support is asking for the screenshot . How can I provide the screenshot of something I have never get.

If you opened the 1000 point carnival box then you would have received 5 million coins

You should still have access to that offer as there will be seven further claims available, but if you have claimed it and received the coin prize available as part of it, then support won’t be able to do much for you

Lot of people get misled by the BOX gifts as it looks kind of grandiose but it's one of the poorest choices mate as there is only one worthy reward of 8 possible.  If you have 1k FC points you probably should have gone for a direct pack which would have given you better rewards.  It's preposterous tbh that they have a pack as such which gives so little.  That's why it's always important to read the fine print.

I had earlier complained to Customer care about the claims of 200pc more etc. as to where those original offer was to compare but all they ask is screenshots of purchase.  

Then in the future I will go for smaller packs.
