Missing Players Issue - Frustration with Support

I’m writing here out of frustration because half of my players on FC Mobile have gone missing. I contacted the support team over a month ago, and it’s been nothing but back-and-forth responses since then. Initially, they told me it was a bug and that they’d look into it, but nothing has been resolved.

I was told to post here for further assistance, but even after doing that, I got no response. When I contacted support again, they just directed me back here. This cycle is beyond frustrating.

I’ve already tried everything: uninstalling and reinstalling the app, updating to the latest version—none of it worked. It’s been more than a month, and I still don’t know what’s happening with my account. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into collecting those players, and it’s heartbreaking to see my dedication being disregarded.

Can someone from the team please take this seriously and provide a proper resolution?

  • @f4kyvb2sjbuj Ok - so a couple of things:

    1. don’t post your user id on a public forum - one of the easiest way to get your account hacked

    2. Never mention the word bug to customer service - they are not individual game specialists and have a number of cues that they work off - the word bug is a cue to send the player here because bugs are generally a game specific gameplay issue.

    3. If you have had a large chunk of players disappear then you have most likely autofilled an exchange and not noticed that it has a second row of requirements, or auto-trained up to a certain level and not scrolled all the way down to see just how many players are being used. This is the most common reason for players disappearing.

    4. The other common a reason is that you have provided your login details to someone so that they can do something in your account and they have done cleared out half your players (people actually do that, because in general people suck)

    5. You have been hacked (see above about people sucking)

    So - you have a couple of options … you can contact customer service (don’t mention the word bug) and ask them to check your game logs from when your players disappeared because you have “missing content” and you want to check how they went missing (ie. training, exchange, market) or you can contact terms of service team and check that you haven’t been hacked.

    In general though, there is no game bug where you lose players … so it will be one of the above

  • Same here grinded all 3 weeks of Ballon D’or doing quest, challenges, role exchange. Bought all three weekend players and 4 week I could play everything like normal but I wasn’t receiving tickets like that. There for missed and contacted support on game and here 5 days before end of event and still nothing. I missed on Ronaldo and Messi. I also have over 150 screen shots of proof I wasn’t getting tickets and of all the chats. Crazier thjj in my is I had to repay my self and send all photos like 10 times or more because each agent had to start over and wanted me to delete game and reinstall, update phone, return off WiFi, data , and everything else. SMH and I know it sucks for anyone but I pay  to play so wasted alotnof time and money
