Missing Players Issue - Frustration with Support
I’m writing here out of frustration because half of my players on FC Mobile have gone missing. I contacted the support team over a month ago, and it’s been nothing but back-and-forth responses since then. Initially, they told me it was a bug and that they’d look into it, but nothing has been resolved.
I was told to post here for further assistance, but even after doing that, I got no response. When I contacted support again, they just directed me back here. This cycle is beyond frustrating.
I’ve already tried everything: uninstalling and reinstalling the app, updating to the latest version—none of it worked. It’s been more than a month, and I still don’t know what’s happening with my account. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into collecting those players, and it’s heartbreaking to see my dedication being disregarded.
Can someone from the team please take this seriously and provide a proper resolution?
