Subject: Unfair Pack Luck and Reward System Feedback
Hello EA SPORTS FC Mobile Team,
I would like to share my feedback regarding the daily free packs in FC Mobile.
I have been claiming the free daily packs consistently every day for a long time. However, I have noticed that I only receive very low-rated players, while some of my friends have received two Iconic players from the same free packs.
I understand that packs are based on probability, but my account has never received any high-value rewards despite opening the packs daily. This makes the experience feel unfair and discouraging.
I kindly request that you review my account's pack rewards and ensure that the reward system is working fairly for all players. Loyal players who log in every day should also have a reasonable chance of receiving valuable players.

Hi there. Everyone has the same chances at the same items. Probabilities do not change based on the account. The pack odds are available in the store. Take a look at those to help better set expectations with pack contents. Thanks!
