My FC Mobile Account Was Deleted After a Hack – Requesting Help or Compensation

Hello EA Team and fellow players,

I'm writing to share a very painful experience and request help.

My FC Mobile account (iOS, China region, EA email: [edit: email address removed]) was **hacked and deleted** between June 15–16, 2025. This account was my main for years — I’ve spent a lot of time, energy, and money building it up, and losing it was heartbreaking.

After speaking with EA Help, I understand that deleted mobile accounts **cannot be recovered**. While I respect the rules, I’m kindly asking whether **any compensation** (like in-game items, points, or a restart support package) could be considered, given the hack.

I'm not trying to break policy — I just want a fair outcome for a loyal player who was targeted. Even a small gesture would mean a lot.

    Thank you for your reply, but I want to be honest about my experience.

    I already contacted EA Help through live chat and followed all the instructions. Despite explaining everything and providing evidence, I was told there’s nothing they can do because deleted FC Mobile accounts cannot be recovered.

    It feels incredibly unfair — I was hacked, I lost all my progress, and after years of playing and spending money, the official support system just tells me to accept it. No investigation, no compensation, no support. Just “we’re sorry.”

    So if anyone else loses their FC Mobile account due to hacking, be prepared that EA Help might not be able to help at all. You’ll just be told to start over.

    This is really disappointing for long-time, loyal players.😭
