My FC Mobile Account Was Deleted After a Hack – Requesting Help or Compensation
Hello EA Team and fellow players,
I'm writing to share a very painful experience and request help.
My FC Mobile account (iOS, China region, EA email: [edit: email address removed]) was **hacked and deleted** between June 15–16, 2025. This account was my main for years — I’ve spent a lot of time, energy, and money building it up, and losing it was heartbreaking.
After speaking with EA Help, I understand that deleted mobile accounts **cannot be recovered**. While I respect the rules, I’m kindly asking whether **any compensation** (like in-game items, points, or a restart support package) could be considered, given the hack.
I'm not trying to break policy — I just want a fair outcome for a loyal player who was targeted. Even a small gesture would mean a lot.
