My outburst for saying how I felt due to you ignoring me

Dear community manager,

I received an email from you warning me about the outburst I made, if you had fixed it there will be no need for the post I made. Guy you have been ignoring me and haven't done anything to fix it for over a month now, also I have been polite from day one . Attached are some of the messages I sent before my post. If you had fixed the issue I talked about, I wouldn't be having the outburst in the first instance, besides bother I am not perturbed, I can delete the game anyway time, the reason why I have sticked to Ea sports fc (FIFA ) since 2008 is because when you play it you don't want to play any other football game apart from it , there is none that can compare to it . This is not an insult but your relationship to manage people is poor. What I would I have expected from you was to tell me that how I spoke wasn't nice and that you were working to resolve the issue or even ask me what the issue I am experiencing. Guy you didn't get it right, well I would like to sincerely apologise for the outburst post I made.
