Nightmare for F2P players

There is a genuine problem in FC Mobile. My luck has been horrible ever since I started playing. I have never packed the maximum possible rating players for an event. In fact, I haven't packed a 108 or 109 since TOTS started. It is outrageous.

On top of this, it has become very difficult to manage playing as an F2P. I have been saving up for shards to get R9, expecting that he would cost 1500 shards like most other main 109 cards. However, the Serie A live stream has shown that it will actually cost 2k shards, which means I have to double the amount of shards I have. It has become very difficult to genuinely play, grind, and enjoy the game unless you do some sort of purchase. 

I hope that you will kindly make a few changes, such as making the shards cost for R9 1.5k shards and boosting the luck to pack good players at least 107 or above. My username is Hexarex7, and I pray that you do whatever you can.
