Notes from a 50* player…

I’m actually kind of blown away by how bad the game is after the update. For EA to do this right before the world‘s game event is really bad. I’ve been playing for over a decade and I’m a top player with an entire team of The Best, latest players, and I find the game to be barely playable. The problem is not with one or two things, but with almost everything about the game. Goalkeepers are terrible, dribbling is abysmal, shooting is weak and power shots are gone, passing bounces off of players feet, and the world‘s game event is totally unplayable because the players are so bad. I’ve never been more disappointed in this game. I currently play 3 to 4 hours a day and I’m considering completely stopping and uninstalling the game. That’s how bad it is. It makes me think no one at the EA offices even play. On top of all that you guys have doubled the requirements for the Box players. Widened the gap between F2 P and P2 P.  Not to even mention the 300 draft glitch, Puyol glitch, etc. It’s always been obvious EA is all about the money but when it’s only about the money and you don’t care at all about the players or gameplay, people will stop playing. Including me. I hope everything gets fixed, but the odds don’t seem good.

    Yup sure whatever. The first time I was warned by pulser or whatever his name is for responding and agreeing with people that the aspects of the game were garbage and from there it started. I have been constructive in the past but I am now convinced that it wont be fixed and will not come back. We give you feedback in the hopes of the game being made better but you are too focused on warning and banning your frustrated paying customers, and then you lose them. You should look inwards not outwards. This is where we are suppose to say how we feel the game is but you attack your paying customers and its probably why your paying customers are choosing not to play this  nonsense. Gameplay is even crappier than before, slow, unrealistic, lags like hell, hangs even in the home page ... you guys start working out the problem and stop blaming people that complain. Is that clear and constructive enough for you. I mean honestly whats wrong with you?

    Everyone says the game is scripted then you guys say no its not ... then 'you' mark it as a 'solution' ...  Not the customer.  I mean seriously you just mark whatever 'you' want as solution whenever you want. And that my friend is how you treat feedback.

    AartaTheAlien​ - That is being worked on at the moment with the highest priority, and Fish acknowledged it on the stream, so hopefully, there is an update coming soon with much-needed fixes.

    jtdreese​ Most people get suspended for breaking the forum rules, and for the way they wrote their feedback, not for the feedback itself. Be factual, constructive, without insinuations and hatred. Stick to the board rules, and you won't get a suspension.

    Yup its is terrible but they will tell you its fine and then mark it as 'problem solved' and if you disagree and tell them its garbage they will not let you reply and ban you. Anyway lets see what happens right Barry?

    I second everything you’ve said here. The update is abysmal. Gameplay is so freaking sludgy. Even top players feel “heavy.”  And don’t even get me started on the shooting and goalkeeping. Ugh.

    As for F2P and P2P, I’ve been posting for months now about EA has created a two-tiered system — one for wealthy “whales,” and one for the rest of us who can’t afford to spend hundreds of dollars a month. It’s a virtual caste system and it’s antithetical to the type of community that once existed around this game. But that, apparently, is the way EA wants it and so we see more and more long-time users bailing it. Who can blame them?
