Ping issue in Division Rivals

I am playing Fc mobile in Bangladesh.

There is a huge ping issue while I am playing H2H. But when I play V2A, I get a good ping around 60-120ms.

Not only that, sometimes when I play H2H the match expired in the last 89:00 mins while I am winning  the match.

Its so annoying. Please tell me how to fix this
