What kind of glitch?

Yesterday from daily task everyone got 20 cadence rolls but today it was only 2 rolls and there was universal token exchange for cadence roll. Everyone used it also but yesterday when I checked that they removed it. 

Yeah, today there was no exchange, yesterday it was. I am sure they will either return exchange or compensate it somehow.

I want them to help us. But, the problem is most of the users used that glitch so they won't support us. So this discussion will also be a unseen discussion like most of the discussions. 

Didn't I told you. No-one will support me and none of us will get any compensation.

Actually there was two exchanges, at the very first day of the event just in the starting minutes when I entered the game and go to exchange, I saw a 50 candace roll exchange offer with universal tokens ( 5 for each) , I wanted to do it but I didn't have enough uni tokens that time ( u needed 250 for all 50 tokens) so I skipped that time and thought I'll do it later but when after 2 hours I return to game i saw that exchange disappeared without any context, I didn't get what actually happened. I guess next day i saw another exchange for candace rolls with uni tokens but it was only 20 rolls with 5 uni tokens for each roll again. But now the thing is many used that glitch and even already completed the first week of the event, so what's about the others who didn't know it or can't utilize? They should be compensated

 idk why they lauch a exchange and take it back again like nonsense. Easy solution is just put that exchange again of 50 Candace rolls with uni tokens so now everyone gets same condition, players who didn't know or use can now complete the classic one easily like the one who completed. And what's the problem if any chapter completes in one day for a exchange? Idk what EA thinks in their mind , just how to torture people more and more

please EA you should compensate us, few players got benefitted from your glitch, while we got nothing... this is unfair!

I think a compensation demand makes sense only if we know what happens after a user completes 16 rounds using cadence roll.  

Case 1: If a user can do more rounds after 16 and keep getting additional rewards then yes we need to be compensated as there is an unfair advantage to some users who used the glitch.

Case 2:  If the user can't do any more rounds after 16 then we are all equally placed only that it takes more time for us to complete.  So let's not be lazy and work towards it.. it isn't that difficult. I already did 8-10 I believe.

Tbh I have seen people demanding compensation for everything unduly, so am a bit sceptical EA would listen to us unless there is a valid case mate.
