Please exchange the rules

Please allow ranked-up TOTS Mbappé cards (red/orange rank) to be used in the UTOTS exchange. Many players already invested resources into upgrading their cards, but the exchange requirements are too strict with the 124 OVR condition. The system should count ranked/trained OVR as valid.
