Please fix Manager Mode

I ask again, please fix Manager Mode.  When you have shooting at max they don't shoot and either pass the ball or just run at the keeper. Players with 200 passing pass to no one or pass to their players. Defenders just stand their and don't do anything. Keepers continually kick the ball up field so the other team gets the ball back. Players with 130 long shot scoring 30 yard goals meanwhile my players with 190+ long shot just shoot wide. The other team scores nearly every chance they have. Please fix it or remove it as it's not working correctly
