All player cards are subject to licensing arrangements though, so any new releases will be dependent on what licensing is in place with a particular league, national federation or in some cases particular player. - Then please pass this information on to the team. - So, even if Swedish soccer players are terrible, please make sure that the players on the national soccer team have at least OVR60 or higher.
- @lzu5ar4j0kjk the OVR for the base players are set at the start of the season, they don’t get updated unless the player is part of an event.
