Bro same the shards exchange is not working for me also and its only for Ragnarok Cards. EA pls fix this problem.

I got 2 105 players from the event and when I try to exchange the cards it tells me no players available.
same with me,can't exchange for winter shard
For some reason you can only trade transferable players for shards
