Ragnarok players cannot be traded for shards!!!!

I have nearly 10 Ragnarok players and I wanted to use them in shard exchange, but I encountered a player not found error. Please do what is necessary

I have two 104 and one 106 ovr ragnarock players that I got from packs. They show in my reserves but when I open the shard exchange thing it says I have no players to exchange. Help.

Shard exchange is not working in ragnarok event.please fix the bug quickly.
