Laurent Blanc - Rank up exchange and compensation

Nowadays it’s really hard to get good players also the Box edition Laurent Blanc Came in star signings section but too expensive i had 48k shards ( f2p ) I wanted to buy olise but blanc came and u started opening packs . By the time i had 53k shards he was gone what is this ea 😿 Also rank up exchange is not even exchangable because where are we supposed to get exchanging players please add players in exchange section for coins

    Please do not post your UID on the forums.
    Blanc was removed because he never meant to be in the signings to begin with; people who claimed him were given shards back and compensation. If you had claimed him before he was removed, you would still lose him in the end.

    I was playing yesterday when an update suddenly happened. When I came back, Blanc was gone, replaced by 88 Blanc, and I didn't receive any compensation. I was one of the first people to redeem something after the bug.

    A glitch of blanc was occurred. For that you have provided compensation to us but it didn't receive to me

    Hello EA Team,

    I noticed that many players received compensation (Rank Up Points, Star Shards, etc.) regarding the Blanc bug. However, I have not received these items in my inbox yet. Could you please check my account and provide the rewards?

    Hey ea please take care of the notice about the recent bug of Louis blanc on 7th of may 2026 which was available to all at 7AM but the players who didn't claim didn't get the compensation but the one who claimed they got the compensation please send the compensation to all the players who didn't get that please ea

    Hi EA 

    I am a f2p user, I am expecting a compensation for players who weren't able to claim 120 ovr blanc from star signings, I claimed 200 vouchers from bug last time and didn't got compensation but that's fine and fair those who didn't claimed vouchers that was fair for them but this time it's unfair atleast give us too some compensation I wanted blanc but didn't able to claim, those who got him even got compensation this time it's completely unfair please accept my demand

     

    My dear other f2p users you can understand this pain if you can't spend money in box and even cant get compensation
