@foivos10 If you have a screenshot of your user id from the old account, then you can contact customer service and they may be able to assist … it is something of shot though, as unless you have made purchases or linked your account at some point in the past, they have nothing to go on to verify your identity (and even then, all the game data from guest accounts is saved to the device, so what data that they do have (if any) may be considerably out of date.
