EA scammed me out of my money TWICE!

4 months ago I purchased a streak offer 94-99 I got a 66 ovr player i contacted support using in game support they literally said we can't give you your player back and we can't give you your money back it's the worst service ever 

And after that I bought a 95-99 offer from the same streak and got a 60 ovr player what a joke this game is 😂

And it took them weeks to respond literally it took them an entire month just to say we can't give you a refund and we can't give you the right player
