How do you know that Leagues are being updated on January 9th?  Definitely about 18 months overdue, just saying…. 5 DR points for a win… my league hasn’t played a league match in like 5-6 months, so pointless.

The message says that maintenance will start at 01:00 on 09 January, but access to the league was already blocked on 08 January at 01:00!🤬

As is so often the case, you can see once again what unprofessional people are employed at EA. I'm no longer surprised by the steady decline of the game🤷🏻‍♂️😔

And I still had access to my league right up till an hour or so before when I left for work

As @Sanyosa mentioned for us the access was closed in the morning of 08. January. 
But of course I found all my members again, because I have been running my own league with great success since the beginning of FM (not like others who always have to search for members)😅

So no big deal, except that we couldn't finish our last league tournament and therefore lost🤷🏻‍♂️
Now with the new league, however, the first problems/ questions have already arisen.
Are there now clear instructions on how and where to configure everything that you can read here?

Hello EA and to all,

Here are some questions to which I have not yet found an answer:

- Why is it no longer possible to define the conditions for joining a league?
- Why can I no longer see how many goals I have conceded from opponents or how many my team mates have conceded?
- Where can I set which of my teams is saved as default for the league games as before?

You can define the conditions for joining, it is in the league settings that both admins and creators can access

You can still see the stats for you and your teammates - what you can’t see is who played who - I’ll ask about that one because it seems like there is the room for it, it’s just not showing

I have raised the issue of there no longer being a default team for lvl - the team is looking into that - I think it is an Uni tended consequence of the active team always needing to be active to count towards the quests …. Not very useful when the team you use for pve and h2h is lower OVR than your VSA team

As for the error message you are getting … I think league applications have been shut down for a short period because there was an issue with applications that was potentially being exploited

Is there a way of setting default lineup for the league? If there is the option, I cannot see it.

In the settings we missing where we can define tHe LVL for entry as it was before?! OVR,FANS and Cup are okay the LVL is missing. Very important criteria for league building.

The error message now is disappeared and you can enter the criteria but the LVL criterion is missing. Can you please forward this?

I also noticed that although up to 100 members can now join, the maximum number of tournaments has remained at 32!
Is this intentional or what is the point behind it?

It makes no sense that I have to administer 100 members and can only allow 32 to play. Can you clarify this please?

Finally, what would also be cool is if the league owners get extra prizes/gifts/goodies for running the leagues. After all, every owner has paid 3000 gems to create a league team and the daily effort is also greater than for all other players😇

Yes, you're right, but if I have 100 members in my league but only a maximum of 32 of them are allowed/able to take part in a tournament, that's not exactly advantageous either.

In addition, in the previous version of the league, the criterion was whoever played the league games consistently was allowed to stay😉

With this new rule, I fear that in the short to medium term 32 members will play actively and the remaining 2/3 will be excluded and still profit or will not receive any bonuses because they cannot take part in the respective tournament🤷🏻‍♂️

Please add the LVL again as an additional criterion for the league as soon as possible.
I have more than 40 open applications that want to join the league and more are coming in every hour.
This with OVR 106 as a minimum criterion, of course!

So my administrative workload will be huge if it continues like this😅

Players that are in Tournament recieved 1000 points. Those on the bench recieved 800. Kinda fair if you ask me. This way Tournaments can be for those good in VSA, and the others can help achieve points through other Division Rivals games. 

It is hard to manage 100 random people, but you do need many of them to rack in activity points.

Yes, I agree that managing 100 members will be a real challenge.
That's why an extra bonus for league holders would be fair😅
Especially in the medium term to weed out the non-active and non-performing members.

Yes, I agree, the 4 selection criteria (4x4,8x8,16x16,32x32) for configuring/starting league tournaments could be too few. Maybe a 48x48 and 64x64 would also be interesting.
Surely I think that EA has kept the selection small so that matching is faster and enough opponents can be found.
