so one of my cousin plays fc mobile and he is not able to link his account for a reason like when he goes to settings to link in the account management tab he sees only uid but not link account why so this happens and not only this he cant even open the gems offer is there any help regarding this

If this account has been set up as an underage or child's account, you won't have the option to link it due to the online restriction for underage accounts. They would need to continue playing on a guest account. 

@AceSaber007 if your cousins has incorrectly set their age, tell them to contact ea help - they should be able to provide information to verify their age and have their account restrictions lifted.
