@Osulis any suggestions on if the identical players purchased just aren’t showing up in the player options to use when ranking?
I’ve now experienced three players that have this issue. I’ve deleted the app, reinstalled it, cleared my Safari Cache, turn off WiFi,turned off my iphone, etc. Everything mentioned as possible solutions and nothing has worked.
Wish I could attach screenshots here for you to see exactly what I’m talking about.

  • I have the same problem as TPistache.

    I bought the same exact player for the reason of level up, but it says I have no players for level up.

  • @TPistache I've had the exact same issue... nothing fixes it until EA decides you can actually use the player you bought. It can take days...

    It’s been a month for me.  Come on EA! Do better.
