Is there any solution for an account that has been overwritten?
This issue was purely caused by a system error. Initially, I only intended to switch accounts, but it unlinked by itself without my consent.
I have already consulted EA Advisors both through the website and in-game support, but unfortunately, their responses were not helpful and did not provide any solution to my issue.
Hi - if the support team has been unable to recover your original account, then there is not much we can do to help here on the forums.
i would suggest that if you are looking to run more than account, it is best to do it on different devices, because unfortunately switching linked accounts on a single device can lead to linking issues and accounts being overwritten in error.
