Redeem code and free gift from webstore

Today a new redeem code released and I claimed it but in my inbox it's not showing. Like this the free gift from the webstore is also not showing. I always claim this free gift and redeem codes, it's the first time it's being delayed. Please try to fix this

    Hello, I have a problem. I have retrieved a code from the website (CREATORLEGACY), but it did not reach me inside the game. I demand that the problem be fixed as soon as possible. The email linked to the account is [edit: email address removed]

    I redeemed today's code and it said that i claimed it but when I checked my fc mobile there was no pack in the inbox. It also happened to the daily free thing in the webstore.

    Claimed redeem code in fc mobile webstore but didn't recieve the reward yet

    I usually would recieve reward as soon as the code is claimed
