Regarding pack openings

Hello EA Team,

Myself PR from India and i am writing this feedback to let you know about my game experience! Normally i do not reach out to you guys and this is my first time here! I really enjoy this game but in the past 2-3 months i have been really disheartened with the pack luck. 

Especially this month i have spend around Rs/- 7-8K which is a lot if you consider it as a Indian Currency. And even though i haven’t been able to pack 119s from drafts. Even in guranteed pool A i have packed 118s 2 times. I know they are also pool A but surely it is disheartening to see.

I know some players that are F2P getting 119s easily even without guranteed pool A , and then there is me sitting here with nothing after opening around 400 drafts.
Please EA do something about the pack luck , some are enjoying the game fully and others are struggling to enjoy it even after paying so much. This frustration makes me think of quitting the game forever even though i have spent so much in my account so far!
