Request for Fair Review Account Action on EA Username: EA.VS.ME
Hi EA Community,
I’m reaching out here in hopes of getting further clarity and support regarding a recent permanent action taken on my EA account (EA Username: EA.VS.ME).
I want to be transparent: I understand that purchasing from third party vendors violates EA’s User Agreement, and I fully accept responsibility for that mistake. However, I’ve seen cases where others in similar situations received less severe consequences such as the removal of unauthorized content or temporary suspensions rather than a permanent ban.
I’m not looking for special treatment, but rather a fair and consistent outcome. I’ve submitted a final appeal through the usual support channels, but I’m asking for a re review ideally by a different representative to ensure impartiality and fairness in this case.
If anyone from the EA team or community has advice on how to proceed, or if anyone has experienced a similar situation and successfully resolved it, I would greatly appreciate your insight.
