Review 120 Vinicius Card

Please review the 120 Vinicius card in H2H. On paper, this card has near maxed acceleration and sprint speed stats. Yet, in H2H gameplay, he's never won a footrace with any CB. He consistently gets run down from behind by players with 30 points less sprint speed. What's the point of listing attributes if the players if the gameplay doesn't reflect them?
