Signed Jersey Campaign gone Incognito

Right now there should be an option to participate in the signed jersey campaign. I’m not seeing any option in web store at all? Where is it EA?

That’s unfortunate as hell. Why it is so difficult? Because I belong to a backward country by your standards I guess. It’s sad !
