My son uninstalled the app on his android between 15:00 and 16:00 GMT on 20th Jan 2025. It was a guest account not linked however, I have the id he used to log in and the uid he's using with the new installation. I also have his ranking. Can this be recovered?

If the account was never linked, then you'll need the User ID of the old account before the game got wiped. Do you have that? Or do you only have the UID of his new account?
I have the user name of the account he used to use but not the user ID

Community ManagerIf you have the User ID I'd reach out to our live support team so they can take a look at how they can help to recover the account. They can't use usernames to recover accounts, unfortunately, only the User ID.
