Stop Making Unfair VSA Matchups!

This is ridiculous. How am I supposed to have a chance in such a lopsided matchup (more than 40 places separating me and my opponent!)? (And it’s not lost on me that this occurs when I’m at +7 and pushing to gain promotion (and claim the accompanying rewards). In other words, it feels like the app is intentionally blocking my progress and trying to prevent me from obtaining bonus resources.) 

The bottom line is simple:  There’s just no reason (or excuse) for this to happen! It’s not fair and it’s not fun. We’ve raised the issue before and, like so many other issues, been met with demeaning silence. This is SO EASY TO ADDRESS! Make a rule in the matchmaking algorithm to prevent matching of opponents separated by more than 10 places. I’ll gladly wait for a fair match! Why is EA sitting on its hands instead of fixing this???
