I've just played 5 matches of VSA and OMG it was terrible. Wayward first touches, skill moves taking an age to register, players felt so unresponsive and the overall delay in everything was horrendous. Even the delay between the game loading the next chances was excessive. When VSA got updated a few months ago, the gap between a chance ending and a new one starting was actually quite snappy. When the ball was obviously unrecoverable it would end the chance without your player chasing it back to the corner flag only for it to go out anyway. Seems that aspect has gone too. Feels like the game has gone back to early/mid 2025 gameplay
