This EA Account is not currently linked to an FC Mobile Account.
I've been facing this issue for years and idk how to solve this, I have been missing out on redeem codes for years now, ea customer service is useless, asking me to find answers on the forum instead of fixing it themselves.

I've popped a quick snapshot below from our guide. It shares what steps to follow to try recovering an FCM account:
- Linked Accounts: If you previously backed up your game, you can restore your game saves by signing in to the linked account.
- Accounts can be linked to; EA Account, Google Play, Apple Account, Game Center, or Facebook.
- Troubleshoot: If your game wasn't backed up, check for app updates & restart your device
- User ID: Share your User ID with our support team directly for help recovering the account
- No User ID: Our support team can’t recover accounts without it, so make sure to keep it safe!
