TOTS Card Exchange

Please change the exchange conditions so that TOTS Card Theo Hernandez can be used to get TOTS Card Kvaratskhelia.

I have TOTS card Theo Hernandez OVR 119 and TOTS card Govou OVR 118, then I want to exchange both cards to get TOTS card Kvaratskhelia OVR 119.
