Toty 26 Midfielder - worst dice odds

I somehow find the odds so difficult on this one.. about to complete my 6th turn and still 5 rewards are pending.. (not withstanding I didn't get the first 2 rewards because of the buggy excellence EA delivered).  Again, What's the point of this random crap, I don't get it.. it was supposed to be fun, not irritating?  I am here to play a football game not a casino slot.
