Trying to get Main account back
have created a guest account in my fc mobile game with my EA account and I have done this 2 times before and nothing happened until now when I checked my fc mobile account to see that my main account...

Ok, so a couple of things:
if you linked your account you should be able to get it back - contact customer service via ea help website and tell them you have an account issue (you could also go through the settings menu in the game, but if you are in a guest account that probably not going to help).
if you manage to recover your account, don’t have multiple accounts on the one device … it is a recipe for disaster and tends to result in your main account accidentally being overridden by your second or a guest account.
If you want to have a second account, or log into your mates account to do their turns for them while they are on holiday, do it on another device, because if you do it on your own, particularly if both accounts are linked, there is a good chance you will break them both.
So if it was overridden what would happen to my main account,
So I can't get it back anymore again
