Unbanned my account
I would like to submit an appeal regarding the suspension of my FC Mobile account that occurred on December 5th, 2025. At the time of the suspension, I was simply completing a match mission, and my account suddenly logged out and showed a suspension notice. I play using a Samsung A12 device, without VPN, without switching devices, and I have never used any emulator or third-party tools. I have also never purchased illegal coins or engaged in any activity that violates EA’s Terms of Service. All I did that day was play the match mission normally with a stable connection. Therefore, I believe this suspension was triggered by a system error. I kindly request the EA team to manually review my account activity on that date and restore access to my account. Thank you.
